I'm having a knapping get together at my place in Courtland Virginia this saturday. We will be doing experiments in cobble splitting, reducing the halves to bifaces and any other knapping things we may come up with. We will also have a friend showing us how to do primitive fire using the hand drill method. All are welcome. Sorry its not a whole weekend thing but I got to do the boyscout thing Sat. night. This will be a great workshop for the Novice knapper but experinced knappers are welcome also, we can all learn from each other.
