I am looking for some good rock that i don't have. I'd really like some of the caramel colored coastal plans from south G.A. But I'm open to
other rock as well.

I'm interested in rock like you have. Looks nice.
I have lots of grapefruit size to three times as big as a grapefruit sized obsidian. All good and solid rock. I have black lace, mahogany, tiger stripe, dark brown lizard-skin, orange/red with black spots, black with orange/red spots, gold sheen, silver sheen, pumpkin, and black. I can only use pieces 5"and up. Large flat rate boxes work best for me because quite a bit more fits in them since my pieces all tend to be on the larger size. The largest piece I have is about 400 lbs...but it won't fit into the flat rate box! If anyone is interested in trading, send me a private message. I'll trade for rock I don't have and need or perhaps some excellent quality finished points w/uniform flaking and/or made of really cool looking rock. Harvey |

I've been away from Kentucky rock for too long... is kentucky Blue also called Senora Flint?

No thanks on the obsidian. I'm not a fan of that stuff sorry.
Its closely related to Sonora and Hornstone. I think its all the same stuff just found in different areas. |

Ky Blue is great stuff! it compares to the best Georgetown, Coshocton, Cobden (which is a form of Hornstone) and the Black Ft. Payne. Great find, if you have
some big enough to slice I am interested. Joe
