i just found out oday theres going to be a mini knapin at moundsville al. this weekend. joe mccullum said he plans on makeing it but the wheather will tell.

10-4 Will let you know when I get it worked out. Met a man yesterday that ownes a mile of shoreline on Bear Creek just west of Russelville AL. He said there
is a good bit of flint in the creek.
I started knapping hard and heavy after we made that trade. Got a few funny looking points. Developed a case of knappers elbow that has yet to go away. It is getting better. My left arm, I am left handed, was almost usesless there for a while. David |

the timing for the knappin sucks. they will drag boat racing in thomasville this weekend and i cant help but go. oh well,maybe next time...............benji
