That should go with my bustier and pink fuzzy thong nicely. Now, for those that have seen me before, you will probably have to see a hog slaughtered and
gutted to get that mental image out of your head.,

Yup, probably. Anyway, I've finished yours so it'll go in the post on Thursday when I next go to the post orifice.
(I wuz gonna make you a gimp mask to go with it but it won't match a fuzzy thong). Eric P.S. Do you want a photo of it up here now, or do you want to wait for the shock surprise?

I still need to start...
I have a skin I'm working on, and if it turns out it'll be my FIRST EVER BRAIN TANNED! I'd like to use it for the pouch. Otherwise I have a supply of chem-tanned that I can use as a backup. These projects don't take too long, really, so I'm waiting to see how the brain tanning works out. Dan |

Keep it simple? I doesn't get anymore simple than a snapping turtle and pepermint candy. |

I started a week ago but what I plan to do is a lot of work (why don't I ever do something that's simple and easy
So I guess I will finish it just in time for the deadline.

It comes with the shoulder strap fitted and inside are loops that can be attached for a belt carry. The tooling looks a lot better in real life. The camera flash flattens it a bit. Eric

Great looking bag Eric. how you do that laceing around the flap? The bag i'm sending out is close to done, deer season came in and snaged up my time.

First things first. Madcrow's bag was posted off to him this morning.
Secondly, the braiding round the flap. Well, it's a hell of a lot easier to do than to try and explain. First you punch a bunch of holes, then you select leather thonging seven times longer than the length you want to lace up. Then you start lacing. Tuck the end of the lacing between the two sections of leather you are joining, with the tail between holes 1 and 2. Pass the lacing through hole 1 and bring it back over the top towards you pulling the whole lot through. You'll see that this makes a cross with the lacing on the top where one passes over the tail. Pass the lacing through the cross, pull it all through then go through hole 2. Pull it all through (making sure it doesn't tangle). Then there'll be a cross over on top again, pass the lacing through that cross then through hole 3 and keep on doing that all the way round. You have to tighten each pass as you go to keep it nice and snug. So, each stitch of lacing goes through the hole and then through the cross formed by the lacing going over the top and the previous stitch. That's how you get the fancy pattern. That should be as clear as mud. Told you it's easier to show than explain. I'll see if I can do an illustration. Eric
