He is not a Paleoplanet user so I asked him what about if I share this here. He likes it. I link here the whole Majestic album because there is a lot of interesting thigs and projects. Enjoy it Zoltan The crosbow is tested and shoot approx 350meter and looks very fast. Arround 600 # heavy As u see whole part of it made with hand, as the original one. The beautiful decoration looks more like a sporting crossbow, than a military weapon, but it looks really good. Nice work. Hamish.

So next try hope will works to him and could make a solid peace of iron.

I plan on copying the photos to my computer to use as reference material for my next crossbow project. You might remember my crossbow from a couple months back. I'm going to make another very similar to what your friend has made. I plan on doing something very intricate but nowhere near the draw weight of your friend's bow. Anyway, my sincere admiration to your friend for a truly amazing piece of craftsmanship!
