Hey Stone, there was a small piece of stone in with the jasper you sent me that looked like the end of something you snapped maybe? anyway I just made this out
of it and wanted to find out what it was , it's not jasper is it? I'm still offshore but just figured out I can scan images and post them to yuku.
i've been making some necklaces out of my debitage and giving them to friends out here and i've got some more that I plan on selling to other crew
members to help with my rock fund.

Thanks Rick , glad you like it , made some others out of georgetown , mahogany osidian , jasper , and keokuk . the copper looks real nice against the
georgetown and thats not a very pretty rock by itself . I'm trying to stretch my rock supply so I'm diggin' in the debitage bucket ... last time I
was out here I was trying to knap welding lenses and jar bottoms , I don't want to run out again. Rich

Nice looking rock, it would be nice to see how you did your wire wrapping. I Know that I have a few points that need that kind of treatment.

Thanks guys, sold that necklace today , the wire wrapping isn't hard , I bought the wire from hobby lobby it's 20 gauge copper , I watched
mjflinty's utube video on wrapping the point but I kinda simplified his technique ... truth be told i'm kinda makin' it up as I go along . If I get
time i'll try to post some pics of the steps. Rich
