Already a second year, in fall, I have access to a pile of hedge apples for seeding (I guess all the seeds I got out sprouted, now I have a few hundreds of
little Osage oranges in my garden, scary
). The flesh of the fruits I always
discarded. But today I read something on the net about Osage orange fruits that they are useful as repelent.
Do anyone use the apples against insects? Are comparable with commercial products in effectivity? I would like to use them as tick and gnat repelent.
