You are right Emory... My mouth started watering and all the sudden I had this awful hankering for a big plate of ribs with some obsidian on the side!! LOL.
All joking aside, you have some really nice work there.. Whats the odds of giving us another close up of them flake scars from a different angle????? Mainly would like to see how the flakes terminated on the piece. I have tried to flake like that but always end up with big old hinges and steps. Need to take some time off and practice again.. Also on your hafting, did you just use sinew or did you use some sort of glue as well? JLH

Hello i'll try on the angle picture but just space your flakes futher apart and if your flaker is sharp you get narrow flakes to so if you have a dull
flaker (copper ,horn) as long as it stays the same tip you get the same flake scar most times and don't change your angle on edge once you start chipping.

OOOPS forgot to write on the sinew it's artaficial and blade was put in with 5 min. apoxy it weathers better that way i got tired of stick a knife in the
