			<description><![CDATA[ i was wondering if anybody has ever added full length feathers in between your normal fletching to make a regular arrow into a flu flu?  This would make 6
feathers total.  If you have how do they fly?  I am wanting to a few out of some arrows without taking off the normal fletching to go pheasant hunting.  Thank

			<description><![CDATA[ When using bamboo plant stakes for arrows, do you sand all of the nodes down before you spine them? Also, can you simply epoxy your points and (plastic) nocks
on? I saw some bamboo arrows a guy had made and he glued in little wood inserts in the tip to accept the field points. He used shaped horn for the nocks. Seems
like it&#39;d be a pain in the rear to sand a bunch of arrows down before being able to spine them but then again that sounds like the most logical way to go

Here are my arrows. Birch dowels I hand straightened, a little dark stain, wild turkey feathers and tied with sinew and hide glue. Nocks also reinforced with
sinew. I had a problem with the hide glue on the sinew below the nocks becoming tacky from the moisture of my fingers, so I sealed them from top to bottom with
a few coats of polyeurethane.
